We take hunting this bird seriously by deploying only the very best in modern decoys. We trailer dozens of full body decoys We field hunt geese in harvested wheat, barley, and corn. We hide our hunters by using natural down wind cover and laydown blinds. Generally, we deploy large spreads to fool this very smart bird.

This is the style of hunting that made us who we are today.  Hunt begins at daylight after the guides complete the decoy set.  Decoy sets are set-up and torn down every day.  Rarely do we hunt the same field back to back to ensure the freshest birds possible. Hunters can expect a brilliant show of Lesser Canada Geese finishing at their feet. All blinds, calling and decoys are provided by The Goose Reaper Staff. These hunts typically run to 11 AM or until a legal limit has been filled.
